I’m not sure why, but I’m always planning the next great adventure! Maybe it’s because I grew up as an ARMY BRAT, and we moved a lot to different army bases and were able to experience various countries and their cultures when I was a kid, and now as an adult, I still get that undeniable urge to get up and go exploring!! And some may say that I’m fearless, because I’ve hiked up Mount Kilimanjaro and been on African Safari, tenting in the Serengeti with lions and buffalo and zebras… but it’s the exact opposite!!
As a single woman traveling the world, while there is excitement, curiosity and passion, there is also a lot of fear (so much to be afraid of), which is why I do so much research and planning and preparation when creating these EPIC adventures, so that I can feel confident and safe at my core. Once I am feeling safe and good to go, then I can feel FREE to enjoy my new surroundings and really get to soak up the experiences that they offer!!! And that’s when it gets really good!!! That’s when it gets EPIC!!! 🙌
So when you travel with me, you will be safe, first and foremost; that’s number one.
Then layer that with my knack for selecting amazing destinations, finding awesome accommodations, topping it off with the iconic views, experiences, tastes and sounds specific to that incredible location, and voila, you’re smack dab in the middle of one of my very awesome, EPIC ADVENTURES!!!

Home to the magnificent PARTHENON, Athens is the birthplace of democracy, and the capital city of Greece (the country as we know it today, and also of the very powerful Ancient Greek Empire of yore). The history is rich, the people are welcoming, and the food is fresh and delicious!!! So. Much. Culture here!!!
If you get the chance to visit any part of Greece, from the mainland to any of the 6,000 islands, you will likely fly into Athens International Airport. If your goal is to visit a gorgeous Greek island, and Athens just happens to be on the way, it is worth a day trip into town to visit the Acropolis, to see the Parthenon, and enjoy the city life! Athens is a bustling city with welcoming restaurants and bars that stay open well into the wee hours of the night, full of music and happy people :)
